Best free online hosting WITH FTP and NO ads?

I need a host like bravenet or 007 sites that has FTP capabilities BUT I CAN NOT STAND the banners they force my index files to have. Completely destroying the overall look. Any suggestions?
Im not sure of any that are 100% free with no ads. I run jcjhosting.com and would be more than happy to give you free hosting just email me what domain you would like it would be something like your website.jcjhosting.com a user name and password (you can change after setup) and i’ll get you all set up. I’m currently using x10hosting. Last time I signed up, they still offer free hosting (with FTP, MySQL database, etc.) with no ads. I’m happy with their service and the forums are helpful, perhaps give it a shot?
