Where can I go to for cheap and secure FTP Hosting site?

I need to have my personal survellance pictures upload to see what is going on at home. Pictures are not for public viewing.
A more flexible approach is to actually get a hosting deal with a company, just without a domain name. The company will provide you with credentials (FTP Address, your username, password). To actually access an FTP, the best program to use is SmartFTP.
