How do i replace a web hosting page with my own desired self created page?

January 24th, 2010 | by admin |

i have uploaded my notepad file (codes written) into the server, but it is still the same old server page.
How do i tell the server to change according to the written codes?
TQ

1) Please make sure that the name of your page is the name of the file that you are replacing.
2) If you don’t see the filename when you open your web site, chances are, the default names of the page will be used, (i.e. index.htm, default.htm, …etc.) So, you will need to make sure that your file is using one of these names.

3) Make sure that you upload your file to the right path/folder and that you are trying to view the page that you supposedly have changed.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
